My Grandfather Paul discovered this recipe from migrant workers on the family farm. It's a little salty but still tastes great. It would be nice to know that this dish is waiting for you when you get off from work in the fields.

Raclette is a dish consisting of potatoes and cheese. If you decide to make it I'd suggest having a bratwurst on the side.
